test is an easy-to-use, rapid, screening test designed to assist the physician in the identification of males with potential fertility problems.
The novel FertilMARQ (tm) kit allows you to test your fertility potential conveniently, privately, and reliably in your own home - so fertility problems can be identified and treated appropriately.
The FertilMARQ (tm) test helps you determine if your sperm concentration designated as a "low sperm count" by the World Health Organization (WHO). Most men with fertility problems have a sperm concentration below 20 million/mL. Men usually find out about a fertility problem after failing to father a child. However, men not attempting to father a child may have a fertility problem and be unaware of it.

- Two Plastic Transfer Droppers

- Full Instruction Booklet (Must read all instructions before starting test)

The Test is Simple to Use:
(Please be sure to read the instruction book included fully before starting testing to prevent misuse of the test and perhaps incorrect results.)
- Collect semen using condoms provided and place in special Liquefaction Cup provided.
- Wait at least 15 minutes but not longer than 12 hours.
- Add semen and solutions to Test Well B (for you first test).
- Interpret your results based on the color change.
Interpreting Test Results:
The results of the second test (performed 3-7 days after the first test) should be the same as the first test. If the results are not the same, wait 10 weeks and repeat the two tests with a new FertilMARQ™ Home Diagnostic Screening Test Kit for Male Infertility. Once you have your test results, consult your physician.

Reading the Color Change
Compare the color in the Test Well B to the color in the Reference Well A.
Positive Test: A blue color as dark or darker than the reference color is positive (sperm concentration is equal to or above 20 million/mL).
Negative Test: A blue color lighter than the reference color is negative (sperm concentration is less than 20 million/mL). Record results on Test Results Form.
